We spend time polishing our face when going to meet our loved ones, but we fail to polish our character whilst going to meet loving Jesus. In no time we shall all meet Jesus. Just as you adore your beauty in the mirror, can you adore your character when you come close to Jesus? When He comes, there’ll be no time for polishing, for it’ll be a time for demolishing.
God is coming to destroy sin, every corner where it lies. The flood at Noah’s time left no dry ground. The fire at Lot’s time left no cold ground. God’s fire will pierce every heart, even the deepest parts of the earth. Don’t be destroyed together with sin. Polish your character and stay better. God loves you!
